Assessing workforce needs:
We work with local and regional employers to see what their current and future workforce needs are, and tailor our short-term training to meet their employment needs.
The Joseph Project 863 is a volunteer-based community initiative designed to assist low-income workers, unemployed individuals, and recent high school graduates in preparing for the modern, technology-driven workforce.
Many of those we serve do not qualify for traditional social services. Our program offers a hand-up through training scholarships, career guidance, and supportive services—helping residents gain the skills and confidence to build a sustainable career.
